Proposal: SUBDIVISION. Subdivision of Blocks 4 and 6 Section 96 Weston to create four new blocks. The proposed subdivision creates the following blocks and establishes the land use zones to be applied: Block 8: Defines an area of proposed Unleased Territory Land (Future Urban Area); Block 9: Defines the area for the Islamic School of Canberra (CFZ - Community Facility Zone); and Block 10 and 11: Defines the area for the North Weston Arboretum (PRZ1 - Parks and Recreation Zone).
