The ACT Department of Housing and Community Services held a Public Information Session on 8 September to outline their proposal for Older Supportive Community Housing for both Chapman and Rivett sites.&

The proposal is that public housing tenants over age 65 will be encouraged to move to the contemporary 2 and 3 bedroom adaptable homes that are to be built. Construction at both sites is expected to commence prior to Christmas and take 9 to 10 months to complete. Click here for presentation »...
